The International Medical Center was established in order to respond to the increasing number of expatriates and tourists in Thailand and surrounding countries. Bandon International Medical Center has a team of Foreign Coordinators to help minimize the psychological stress that overseas patients may feel while being treated in

a foreign country. These Foreign Coordinators assist overseas patients in precise communication between them and the hospital's medical team as well as other supporting staff involved. These coordinators also assist patients in their contact with insurance companies. When the policies are valid and the conditions are in accordance with insurance company terms, the bills will be sent directly to the insurance companies. Thus the patients do not need to pay out first and make a claim when they arrive home. Bandon International provides the following services:
